Provide Level 1 audiovisual (AV) support for meeting rooms and conferencing equipment.
Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, and Webex devices.
Perform basic network checks involving LAN ports, cabling, patch panels, access points, and device connectivity.
Assist with printer troubleshooting, spare device management, and equipment replacements.
Provide on-site smart-hands support and coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors.
Follow ticketing procedures, site guidelines, and escalation processes.
Maintain clear communication and documentation for each assigned ticket.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or audiovisual support.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and meeting room equipment.
Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, copper/fiber cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Webex.
Strong communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment and working at height when required.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and willing to work on-site in Vancouver.
