Are you creative, organized, and interested in how businesses build their brands? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help coordinate promotional activities, prepare marketing materials, and support campaigns across different channels. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, managing details, and developing practical experience in a professional marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Prepare and organize promotional materials, presentations, and marketing resources.
- Support social media updates and website content management.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and potential target audiences.
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, meetings, and project deadlines.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and digital files.
- Assist with tracking campaign results and preparing performance reports.
- Collaborate with team members to support marketing projects and business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset and an interest in marketing, branding, or communications.
- Confidence using standard office software and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Previous marketing, administrative, or promotional experience is an asset.
Position Details
- Pay: CAD $21–$25 per hour
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Location: On-site in Vancouver, BC
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
