Your New Company
You will be joining an established and well-respected commercial real estate and property management organization with a diverse portfolio of properties across the Lower Mainland. A key component of this role will be developing and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, clients, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will oversee annual operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring financial objectives are met.
You will also manage capital improvement projects, oversee building operations and preventative maintenance programs, and work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
As a senior member of the Property Management team, you will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Property Administrators and on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
