We help SaaS founders and scaling teams hire in the 4 functions that decide whether a startup makes it: Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Sales.
Our clients are VC-backed, Private Equity funded, backed by a Family Office, or bootstrapped.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Hundreds of startups and scale-ups since 2003. Recent clients include WorkLeap, Cognota, Covers, Extreme Networks, Paramount Commerce, Mistplay, GE Energy, GE Health, Ledn, and Enable. Most of our work comes from a founder who hired us once and came back, or recommended us to another founder.
WE PROVIDE
Real-time compensation data, so you know what the offer must look like before you make it, not after the candidate declines.
A shortlist in 10 days, from a search process built and optimized over 25 years.
Practice Leaders who run the search themselves. No handoff to a junior recruiter who you never meet.
500+ searches completed with a 90-180 day replacement guarantee.
HOW WE WORK
Retained search services, wrapping a team of domain experts around your search to deliver the right hire within 90 days.
