Original job description

We're hiring two Bilingual (English/French) Client Services Specialists to deliver exceptional, empathetic service to banking clients via phone and email. This is a client‑facing support role focused on authenticating clients, greeting professionally, answering product and account questions, guiding clients to the right resources, and closing calls effectively.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and admin or customer‑service experience. Banking or credit‑union experience is an asset but not required; call‑centre experience is not necessary. College education or relevant certificates are acceptable.

This role supports Peoples Group's Vancouver team in a hybrid setting, working from 8:00am–4:30pm (PST).
