About the Role

At Luxx Nova Bridal Boutique, we believe finding a wedding dress should be as unforgettable as the day itself. We’re known for bringing exclusive European designers to Vancouver and creating a modern, high-end bridal experience.

We are looking for a motivated Luxury Sales Consultant with strong sales skills to join our team. This is not just a styling role - it’s about guiding brides through one of the most important purchases of their lives while driving sales growth for our boutique. Use your sales expertise to achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals
Guide brides and families through the full purchase process, from first fitting to final order
Manage appointment follow-ups and client communications to maximize closing rates
Upsell and cross-sell accessories and complementary products
Provide feedback on inventory and trends to help shape buying decisions
Maintain showroom presentation - steaming gowns, managing stock, ensuring a luxury-level environment

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales ability - retail fashion, luxury, or bridal experience preferred
Strong closer with a client-first mindset
Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
Driven, competitive, and results-oriented while being a supportive team player
Must be available weekends

What We Offer

Competitive base pay + strong commission structure
A supportive, stylish, and inspiring boutique environment
