As part of Sporting Life Group, alongside Golf Town and Team Town, we blend sport and style to help Canadians get outside and keep moving.

Why Work Here?

Access to our benefits package, with the choice of different levels of health, dental, and vision coverage to suit you.
Employee discounts at Golf Town, Sporting Life, and Team Town Sports that are shareable with friends and family.
Team-first culture that celebrates an active, sports lifestyle.
Fun, fast-paced hybrid environment where your passion for sport and style belongs.
Vendor Pro Deals and expert product training to fuel your knowledge and performance.
A salary range of $48,000 - $55,000 (dependent on experience), bonus, and opportunities to grow your career in the sports lifestyle.

What You’ll Do;

As a leader on our shop floor, you’ll combine your love for footwear and operational expertise to create a standout retail experience. You’ll set the tone as a role model for outstanding customer service, fostering a fun, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

While partnering with your assistant manager to achieve sales targets, manage team KPIs, and maximize profitability, you’ll coach your team to be product and trend experts, ensuring they’re equipped to guide customers to their ideal footwear. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising to keep your department running smoothly and looking sharp.

Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
Execute visual merchandising standards, including analyzing product needs and implementing weekly plans to optimize sales.
Act as Manager on Duty, leading by example in daily operations, motivating the team, and ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures.
Prioritize health and safety by identifying workplace hazards, providing training, and adhering to Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Support recruitment, staff development, and performance appraisals to build a strong, high-performing team.

What You’ll Bring;

Passionate about footwear and helping customers find the perfect fit for their activities.
With 2-4 years of retail leadership experience, you’ve successfully led teams to hit goals and elevate customer experiences.
You’re results-driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by challenges.
