About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own how work gets planned, tracked and delivered across Fintel Connect. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll take unclear business problems, recommend a course of action and deliver it with minimal direction. You’ll run our operating cadence, own our work management platform and lead the adoption of new processes and tools across every team.
You’ll also own our onboarding program, learning platform and enablement roadmap, partnering with department experts to create practical training that keeps teams current as our processes, tools and AI capabilities change.
This role suits an experienced operator who combines sound business judgment with hands-on execution and wants to build scalable ways of working in a growing B2B company.
What You’ll Do
- Translate priorities into executable plans with clear owners, milestones and KPIs, and run the operational reviews and meeting structures that keep them on track
- Consolidate departmental inputs into concise leadership and board reporting
- Own our work management platform and core operational tools, including structure, templates, automations, dashboards and integrations
- Lead the implementation and adoption of new processes and tools, following through until usage is sustained
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and AI, and lead improvements through to measurable results
- Document and maintain SOPs, playbooks and process ownership
- Coordinate operational controls, security and due diligence requirements, and business continuity documentation
- Own our learning infrastructure, onboarding and enablement roadmap, and measure whether training improves performance
- Coordinate leadership development programs
- Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and bring recommendation-led proposals to leadership
What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, learning and development, or cross-functional program delivery
- Experience building training programs and onboarding, including LMS administration
- Advanced hands-on experience with a work management platform such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday
- A track record of implementing process change and sustaining adoption across teams
- Experience coordinating operational controls, audits or due diligence processes
- Experience implementing AI tools and automation with measurable results
- Strong judgment with incomplete information and confidence challenging stakeholders constructively
- Experience working directly with senior leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or another enterprise-facing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and video tools such as Loom
