Part-Time Personal Shopper to join our team at Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby, BC.
At CHANGE Lingerie, we believe that finding the right lingerie should be a comfortable, personal, and empowering experience. Through professional bra fittings and thoughtful recommendations, we help every client discover styles that suit their individual needs and leave feeling confident.

What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience that respects each client's comfort and privacy.
- Provide professional bra fittings and recommend products tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive service and strong product knowledge.
- Contribute to individual and store sales objectives while supporting overall team performance.
- Develop your expertise in our collections, products, and professional fitting techniques.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory management, deliveries, and daily store operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting boutique environment.
- Work collaboratively with your teammates to create a positive and successful store atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset.
- A confident, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn professional bra-fitting techniques and develop product expertise.
- Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work 10–25 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods.
No previous lingerie experience? No problem! We provide training to help you develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to succeed.
