Prep Cook
Schedule: Flexible shifts between 5:30 AM and 7:30 PM, depending on operational requirements.
Availability Requirement: Candidates must confirm and sign off on their availability to work shifts within the required operating hours.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and customer-focused Prep Cook to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on cooking skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent customer service abilities. This position requires someone who can prepare breakfast items quickly and efficiently, confidently operate a Chef's Table cooking station, and maintain consistent food quality during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities

Independently prepare, cook, assemble, and wrap individual breakfast wraps and sandwiches quickly and accurately.

Cook and serve fresh meals at the Chef's Table station while interacting professionally with customers.

Perform daily food preparation, including chopping, portioning, cooking, and assembling ingredients.

Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes, and presentation standards.

Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch service periods.

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.

Follow standardized recipes, food safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.

Assist with kitchen setup, restocking, and cleaning.

Qualifications

Previous professional cooking or food preparation experience preferred.
