About Vessi
Vessi is a footwear and apparel brand born in rainy Vancouver, Canada. We believe rainy days deserve the same joy as sunny ones, and since 2018 we’ve been helping people embrace the rain. That’s why everything we make is actually waterproof, so getting out in the rain, puddles and everything in between is easier and more fun. We also partner with charities to protect and replenish fresh water for the communities that need it most.
Our team and community are out in the world spreading kindness, cold plunging, cleaning up coastlines and celebrating rainy days. With our retail stores, more people than ever can experience Vessi in person, and we have big plans ahead with new products and continued growth across North America.

Wage Range: $18.25–$19.50 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Be a Vessi brand ambassador and create a seamless, memorable in-store experience for every customer.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction through genuine, helpful service.
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs and recommend the right products for them.
- Stay up to date on products, promotions and pricing so you can sell with confidence.
- Handle day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, POS transactions, fittings, merchandising, and receiving and processing stock.
- Keep the store clean and organized. That includes cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining our water installations and fixtures.
- Be open to coaching and feedback, and take ownership of your growth.
- Other duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Availability throughout the season, especially during peak periods like Black Friday, Boxing Day and holiday weekends
